The annual Happy Valley Photography competition will this year raise much needed funds for the refurbishment of the old courthouse- The Sessions House- on Logan St. This building of heritage, when complete, will house an arts centre for the town. Applications for the photography competition are currently available in the Credit Union, Market St, Thomastown, or you can request an emailed application form from happyvalleyfestival@hotmail.com. Deadline for submissions is Monday 27th May. The photography competition will open at 6pm on Thurs 30th May at The Sessions House and will be open to the public all weekend alongside an exhibition of drawings by Noah Hamilton & architectural drawings showing the refurbishment plans for the Sessions House.
